Treatment: Patient came to our office seeking a solution to replace his broken front tooth. After discussing his options, he selected a singe implant with a zirconia crown. Our lab team worked closely with the patient to ensure the aesthetics were perfect. Now, he has a tooth that looks and feels as natural as the rest of his smile.
Timeline:
10/12/21: Implant consult.
10/12/21: Same-day extraction and implant. A temporary crown was installed.
11/23/21: Impressions for the final implant crown.
2/2/22: Crown #8 finish.

Implant-Supported Denture (Upper)
Concern: Multiple missing teeth, fractured tooth #12,13 to the gumline.
Treatment: When this patient came to our office, she was very fearful of the dentist. She was interested in replacing multiple teeth and having a healthy smile. She proceeded with a partial denture. The patient continued with routine care until she felt ready to move forward with upper implants. She opted for IV sedation to ensure her comfort during surgery. Today, she is thrilled with her new teeth.

1/20/23: Impressions for temps
3/8/23: Sedation, Extraction of remaining teeth, implants, and temp implant-supported denture attached.
5/1/2023: Impressions for the final implant-supported denture
6/22/23: Upper ISD delivery

Treatment: When this patient came to us, he had recently broken a front tooth and he was living in pain and feeling self-conscious. After consulting with our team, he chose to have extractions and implant-supported dentures. Now, the patient feels great showing off his smile and has discovered a renewed sense of self-confidence.

4/25/24: Extraction of remaining teeth, implants of upper and lower, temporary dentures placed.
6/13/24: Final impressions
8/19/24: Delivery of upper and lower implant-supported denture
