At Potomac Dental Centre, we offer a unique opportunity to work in a fee-for-service, $8M private practice that emphasizes full-arch, cosmetic, implant, and wellness dentistry. You’ll join a doctor-led team with a proven track record of helping associates double their production through mentorship, systems, and full marketing support.

A Day In The Life
On any given day at Potomac Dental Centre, you can expect to encounter the following:
- Arriving 15 minutes before our daily morning huddle at 7:30 am.
- Working with a driven team of dental assistants and dentists.
- Caring for patients and listening to their needs.
- Working in an office that values team success over individual success.
- Treating every patient with respect and kindness regardless of their behavior.
- Seeing 7-12 patients a day.
- Contributing to supply and inventory management.
- Using all equipment with care.
- Improving on quality and speed of daily essential tasks such as root canals, implant placement, Invisalign cases, etc.
- Supporting the hygienist in any needed aspect of preventative and periodontal procedures.
- Greeting every new patient in the reception room and spending several minutes getting to know them.
- Making “care calls” to your surgical patients.
